Social and Environmental Increasing Analysis Movement (SEIAM) is a non-political, non-profit, voluntary, and charitable organization that has been conducting people-centered development activities in Khulna district, Bangladesh, since 2000. Since its establishment, SEIAM has been implementing various social, economic, environmental, and human development activities to improve the quality of life of the neglected and poor people of the society. Our Slogan is “We Are For The Next Generation” SEIAM believes that every individual is capable of bringing about change in the society through his knowledge, skills, and experience. Therefore, the main principle of the organization is to empower people through participatory processes. The main goal of SEIAM is to enable people to move forward on the path of sustainable development on their own initiative based on human values. In this process, everyone is involved, regardless of race, religion, caste, or gender, maintaining the spirit of love, faith, equality, and self-respect. The development activities of the organization are always conducted from a holistic and environmentally friendly perspective so as to ensure social justice, environmental conservation, and human dignity. SEIAM was formed by a group of educated, energetic, and committed youths, inspired by Mr. Md. Masum Billah, to improve the social and economic conditions of the helpless and marginalized communities. Today, SEIAM is working as an effective and credible social organization for sustainable development in Bangladesh.
